One of my absolute favorite things about Crossfit is the community. I love how people rally behind athletes to cheer them on and push them to keep going. No matter if you finish first or last, you can bet there is going to be a crowd of people cheering loudly for you to finish and do your best. Click to see more!

Two of my best friends, who happen to be sisters competed together in a team Crossfit competition. Their team name was Sister Act. They are always fun to watch them encourage and yell at each other to keep moving and getting better. Click to view some of the pictures.
